3 Mobile hard disk packaging structure design
The shape of the mobile hard disk and the fixed hard disk product are all rectangular structures, but the difference is that the mobile hard disk is much smaller and has additional components (a u Sb data cable, a drive CD, etc.). To pack these combinations, the structure of the inner liner is not the same. The product must be separated from the additional parts to reduce the number of collisions between the products to achieve the purpose of product protection, and to consider the utilization of the space within the package.
This packaging scheme also adopts one-page continuous folding molding, which is similar to the fixed hard disk design. Figure 6 shows the structure development. Since the mobile hard disk product has accessories, the sub-lattice structure is designed to facilitate the display of product content and facilitate consumption. Purchased after purchase. Its structure is simple, durable and practical. The carton is suitable for mass production and easy molding. Due to the one-page molding design of the cardboard, the structural design is relatively regular and easy to typeset during production, which greatly saves materials and reduces waste.

With the invention and development of various new equipment, new processes, and new technologies, the packaging design and production have also adopted advanced equipment and methods to varying degrees. For example, computers have been used in various aspects such as paper packaging containers and shapes, sizes, and strengths. This greatly improves the efficiency and reliability of the design. At the same time, it also speeds up the updating of paper packaging containers. In addition, paper packaging containers are also an important way to develop “environmentally friendly packaging” and “green packaging”. Changing the original packaging lining of the computer's hard disk into a thin corrugated folding-structured inner lining is an opportunity for this development. The use of fully folded carton packs has many advantages:
1. At present, manufacturers that use full folding cartons to pack hard disks have not yet emerged in China;
2. Can bring more economic benefits to the manufacturer;
3. Hard disks packed in fully-folded carton packs can give consumers greater visual impact to enhance their desire for purchase.
